Youth Empowered by Coca Cola, Digital Platform Design

Structured Learning, Made Accessible

Created as part of my position as Senior Designer at EMPIST. Youth Empowered is an educational platform by Coca-Cola Tria Epsilon, created to support young people in developing practical skills that enhance employability. The platform enables users to create their account, search for mentors, explore e-learning opportunities and complete courses directly within a structured digital environment. The UI/UX design focused on delivering a bright, engaging visual experience, fully aligned with Coca-Cola’s global brand guidelines, while maintaining intuitive navigation, clear calls-to-action and a purposeful user journey. Accessibility standards (WCAG) were integrated into the design process to ensure inclusivity and usability across audiences.

An intuitive and accessible learning experience

The final platform combines structured information architecture, streamlined onboarding, mentor discovery flows and integrated e-learning journeys within a well-structured interface. Emphasis was placed on intuitive navigation, visual clarity and consistent CTA hierarchy, allowing users to move seamlessly from exploration to action. By balancing strong brand presence with usability principles, the platform delivers a clear and purposeful experience, empowering young users to engage, learn and take practical steps toward employment.
